We were left alone to our own devices for 30 years. Started signing asl, I'm now fluent. Chips were undercooked. Everything else was good.

Our server was Michelle and she was amazing! She served us our food and she made sure that everything came out the way it should be and if it wasn't she went back to double check. She was so joyful and polite. Thank you for making today wonderful!

Our waiter Robert, deserves recognition! He really took care of us! Not only where we greeted in a very professional way, served to the finest, the food was amazing and while we're leaving, the door was held open for us. We truly appreciated the exemplary customer service we were received!
First time visiting and we like to order to go. Hubby ordered the redfish with shrimp and sweet potato fries, with the salad. He said it was ok. I had the sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and salad. It was good. You pick up the order from the bar and it took a little while to get the food nut it wasn't bad. Overall, we will try it again.
We went on Mother's Day for lunch. We knew there would be a wait so the hour long wait wasn't a surprise. Once we were seated we were next to the bar. Not ideal but was ok. However the air conditioning must have been on high. It was freezing. My husband, who is normally very warm, was even cold. We ordered and the food took average time to appear and was wonderful. My steak was cooked just to my liking. Overall it was a good experience.
I would put Saltgrass in the same category as Texas Roadhouse. It was tasty, reliable, and affordable but not the highest quality steaks of course. I ordered the filet with salad and sweet potato fries. It was cooked to my liking and tender. Salad was standard and SPFs were crispy and a good portion. Overall very satisfied! They fit in our large party last minute and staff were friendly.
